Problem & Challenge
Managing client requests, payment information, scheduling, personnel appointments, and reporting has been a complex and time-consuming task for PT Sri Intan Perkasa’s Radiology Laboratory. As the laboratory has grown, so have the demands, making it increasingly challenging to maintain efficiency.
The existing systems are fragmented, leading to inefficiencies in data management. This fragmentation not only impacts the laboratory’s ability to serve clients promptly but also hinders business and financial reporting. Keeping up with the pace of daily operations became a challenge that required immediate attention.
Solution
To address these challenges head-on, PT Sri Intan Perkasa embarked on Milestone #1, which involves the development and implementation of an Integrated Management Information System (IMIS). This system will bring together the various facets of the laboratory’s daily operations into a seamless, unified platform.
